      Solar Water Heater

Energy efficient solar water heaters incorporate short wave solar heating with thermal conduction to quickly and efficiently heat water. Constructed of local materials and manufactured in the Philippines, this technology is designed to reduce the cost of having hot water at your tap. Requiring no electricity to heat the water, this solar heater is a long term efficient way of supplying hot water to your home or business.

Key features of each unit:

  • Up to 39,000btu per day
  • No electrical power required to heat or circulate
  • Custom Colored Epoxy Coating
  • Sealed Heat Collection Chamber (inert gas flooded)
  • Stainless steel (304) manifold - 10 year unconditional replacement warranty
  • Insulated pressure tank
  • Solar heating is environmentally friendly
  • Heavy storm resistant steel frame
  • Special size and design available upon request
  • For swimming pools and hot tubs
  • For pressurized and gravity fed water systems
  • 304 grade stainless steel tanks and fittings
  • Solar heating is environmentally friendly

Solar Water / Fluid Heating Technology
Solar heaters work by changing the wave length of sunlight into absorbable heat energy.  As sunlight
passes through the glass cover, the long waves of energy are changed into short waves. This short
wave energy is heat energy which is then absorbed through the stainless steel manifold and into the
circulating water.  The water naturally circulates by means of thermal siphon also known as
thermo-clines.

Colder water is drawn from the lower and cooler part of the system through the heat transfer manifold
and back into the hotter upper area of the system.  Demanded water is drawn from the hot upper area
of the system and delivered to the desired location.  A heavily insulated water storage tank lowers
heat loss keeping the water hot longer. The detachable, pressure certified tank can be mounted on the
unit or in a remote location.

Medium density biodegradable material around the heat collection chamber lowers heat loss and allows
collection of more BTU (heat) per day.  External covering protects all sensitive parts of the solar heater
with a color matched epoxy coating.  The entire system is mounted in a rigid yet adjustable storm
resistant frame making difficult mounting and installation safe and easy.
